I saw the article "Your Country" with Eric Olsen on Channel 21 a couple of weeks agoon Avilla's Mid-Town Market. They have
a Civil War museum in part of the store and the guys who set it up are part of the 50th Virginia. We would like to see this
museum, I did a little research and found out that was an old video. Is the museum still in existence? |

My Gr.Grandfather was Henry W.Fields of Grayson County, Va. He enrolled in Company "C" of the 8th Va.Cavalry (Grayson Rangers)in
Apr.1862 at the age of 17. Henry was captured at the battle of Piedmont near Weyers Cave,Va on June 4,1864. |

To all the members of the 50th ......We all may not be blood related but i consider all of you my brothers and my family !
Some of you bushwackers are the greatest group of guys and have a heart of gold ! this just isnt just a hobby for me but a
chance to shake your hand from time to time and be the friend to you like you have done with me. I really want to take this
time and give 3 cheers to Cpt. Gary Wade and 1ST SGT. Duanne Clark for all their help they have givven me throughout the years.
All of us need to band together and help this unit grow. Being in this unit has been the best thing i have ever done in my
